Zoning by-law 569-2013 layers: zones, height and coverage overlays, exceptions, heritage register, secondary plans, site and area specific policies, parcel boundaries, building permits, development applications, and Committee of Adjustment decisions.

Currency of data
Datasets are refreshed on their publishers' schedules, which vary from daily to annual. By-law amendments, recent decisions, and site-specific agreements may not yet appear. Confirm anything you plan to rely on directly with the City.
